Owner's Representative
YPM will work with you to build the business case for implementing a new software system and help you with the purchase process. If appropriate we will also recommend making changes to your existing software to better meet your needs and avoid having to change software.

Project Management
YPM can provide complete project management services or work with your project leader to make sure that your project stays focused on achieving optimal results.

Configuration
YPM will work with you at least 60 days up to a year prior to your software conversion to make sure we understand your business and then use that knowledge to mold Yardi to your company needs.

Best Practices
While going through the Configuration process if we find opportunities for you to improve your business operation we will share what we feel are best practices. You may or may not agree and thus it's up to you if those changes get made or not. We simply would not be offering you the YPM advantage if we did not make you aware of those items.

Startup
We will then use that knowledge to mold your selected software to your companies needs. We will validate the "install", set system security and set up users and user specific home screens and menus. Giving each person as much or as little access as management desires.

Chart of Accounts Review and Setup
A comprehensive review of your chart of accounts will be performed pre-implementation to assure G/L accounts needed exist for a successful implementation and efficient use of the Yardi products.

YPM is also available to help clean up your chart of accounts if they were not properly set up during initial implementation or that need to be modified to meet your growing company needs.

Implementation
YPM provides implementation services for new Appfolio and Sage clients. We also assist with add-on modules and helping to set up new properties as you acquire them. With our experience in the construction industry we are also capable of helping to set up new construction projects as you start them. We also know that some of you are doing your own Real Estate Development and we can help configure your Sage Construction Management software to manage those projects as well.

Device Configuration
We will make sure that your staff's computers, tablets and phones are properly configured to work with your selected software.

Data Scrub, Migration and Validation
YPM can assist you with extracting data from your existing system and making sure that data is as complete and accurate as possible.
These new software packages provide the tools necessary to assist clients with efficiently loading data into their database. This works for new implementations as well as for adding new properties.

YPM will then help with the data validation step to make sure that the tables have populated correctly.

YPM is also available to help facilitate transfer of data when buildings / complexes sell.

Property setup includes owner record including bank account routing information, property, units, tenants, roommates, agents, sources, results and reasons, rentable items and amenities.

Property Websites

YPM assists with setting up a website for each property or group of similar properties.

Tenant Portal
YPM assists with Tenant Portal setup and managing user issues as they arise.

Leasing Workflow
YPM will assist with setting up tenant application, leasing, move in, move out and inspections workflows.

Maintenance
YPM will assist with setting up the maintenance workflows.

Advanced Maintenance
If desired we can also set up advanced maintenance to track preventative, routine and emergency maintenance tasks. This also includes inspections and the fixed asset management system.

Commercial Property Setup
YPM can help get your commercial properties set up. Commercial property setup includes owner record, property, units, area measurements, tenants, monthly charges, leases and CAM.

Construction Management
With YPM's experience in the construction industry we will help you get these modules setup and help migrate open projects.

Real Estate Development
YPM also has experience in Real Estate Development and thus knows how to set up your Sage Construction Management software to better manage of your Real Estate Development operations.

Energy Management
YPM's sister company Optimum Consulting Group has extensive experience with energy conservation and management and thus can help you with anything you need energy related.

Report Writing
YPM will help with any dashboard and custom reporting needs that you might have.

Training
YPM provides on or off site training in either one-on-one or classroom settings. We also provide on-line training via GoToMeeting. Open to travel anywhere in the US but prefer to focus on the eleven Midwest states.
